Bosco Pizzeria are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef and Pizza Chefs.
Bosco is a modern pizzeria with an emphasis on informal, casual dining, drawing influences from New York to Naples. The style of cooking at Bosco is simple, seasonal and ingredient-led, with weekly imports from Italian markets.
All candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented with a passion and understanding of the industry. Ideally, you will have experience working in a busy kitchen with fresh food, hand-stretched pizza, wood-fired ovens and work well within a team.
